–Firestore-backed dynamic content: listings, dashboards, contact forms, and anything that needs to update without a redeploy.
–Transactional email systems (Firebase Cloud Functions + Nodemailer) — automatic notifications when a form is submitted or a listing goes live.
–Static, fast-loading sites where a full backend isn't needed, deployed on Firebase Hosting with a custom domain.
–Ongoing maintenance and iteration — I built buyrent.co.za and milyonertajir.com and still actively maintain both.
